This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to comply with the order passed by the XI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.24518 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024 and to issue a direction to transfer the respective amounts to the petitioner's Bank Account.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that pursuant to the request made by the first respondent, the petitioner's account was frozen. Subsequently, the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.24518 of 2024, ordered to defreeze the account of the petitioner. He further submitted that now, there is no amount is lying with the petitioner's bank account.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition
