This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.687 of 2019 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.Mr.Varadarajulu, Head Constable was present at the time of hearing through video conferencing.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the Referred Charge Sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dindivanam in RCS. No.17 of 2019. The notice was also served on the defacto complainant through registered post.
