Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of mandamus,directing the respondents 2 and 3 to issue ( Persons Studied in Tamil Medium) PSTM Certificate to the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Honourable Court enabling the 4th respondent to appoint the petitioner as Assistant Public Prosecutor Grade-II under the category of Tamil Medium Student.

ORDER
As the relief sought for in both the petitions are similar, they are disposed of by this common order.
2.These writ petitions are filed by the petitioners, to direct the respective respondents to issue the PSTM Certificates (Persons Studied in Tamil Medium) to the petitioners within a time frame to be fixed by this Court enabling the Chairman,Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission to appoint the petitioners as Assistant Public Prosecutor Grade-II under the category of Tamil Medium Student.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that it would be suffice if this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioners' representations dated 01.08.2013 and 31.07.2013 respectively and pass orders within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
4.On the above contention, this Court heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents, who have no objection to the passing of an order as sought for.
5. In view of the limited relief sought for, this Court without going into the merits of the issue, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representations dated 01.08.2013 and 31.07.2013 respectively filed by the petitioners in accordance with law and pass orders thereon within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed off. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
