This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to grant permission to conduct Cultural Dance Programme with Police Protection in Sri Easwaran Temple festival on 03.04.2018 at Thurudhanaam Palayam, Bargur Village, Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.03.2018.

The petitioner had given a representation dated 23.03.2018 to the respondent police for conducting cultural activities in the local temple. It is for the Police to take a decision https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

depending upon the law and order situation and this Court cannot give a direction to the police as prayed for by the petitioner. Hence, this petition is closed.
