This petition is filed seeking a direction to register First Information Report on the basis of the complaint dated 06.12.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner purchased a landed property on 02.05.2005 from Sakunthala and others through a registered sale deed. The same persons executed Power of Attorney Deed in favour of V.Mohanasundaram in 2006. Mohanasundaram, in turn, had executed a sale agreement in favour of R.Vijayakumar. Petitioner filed O.S.No.263 of 2008 for declaration of title and injunction against the said Mohanasundaram and Vijayakumar. The suit was decreed on 14.09.2015. Thereafter, the accused Mohanasundaram and Vijayakumar are threatening the petitioner to cancel the sale deed in his favour. Therefore, this complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.06.2021, the enquiry is being conducted in Petition No.11323/2021.

In view of this submission, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks. 5.
