(CRIME NO.552 OF 2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Para 6(C) the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders of this Hon'ble Court on 22.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.25204 of 2021 and pass such further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.CHINNARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner seeks for relaxation of bail condition imposed while granting bail.
