The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the fifth respondent to defreeze and release the lien amount of the petitioner's saving account number 234501505647 based on the representation of the petitioner dated 02.12.2023 within a stipulated time frame.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made representation to the respondents seeking to remove the lien amount and to defreeze the petitioner's account for regular transaction and 2/4

since there was no response has filed this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if this Court issue direction to the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2023 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame. 4.Considering the limited request now made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2023 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
