ORDER
The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents Bank to sanction and disburse the educational loan of Rs.4,00,000/- to the petitioner for the entire academic years as per the fee structure of the institution for his M.B.B.S. the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent on instructions, submitted that the period of course itself was over and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition, which has not been opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
