ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition has been filed seeking cancellation of the patta issued in favour of the private respondent.

2. Learned State Government Pleader submits that the petitioner has a remedy before the Revenue Divisional Officer.

3. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is made clear that the liberty aforesaid would be available to the petitioner only if he has not already approached the Revenue Divisional Officer and order passed thereupon.
