ORDER

The petitioner challenged the order passed by the respondent, thereby rejecting the request of the petitioner for issuance of patta. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner also made a representation dated 17.09.2018 before the District Revenue Officer, Tiruvallur District. On receipt of the same, the District Revenue Officer, Tiruvallur District by the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.19444/2018/A3, dated 01.11.2018 issued summons to the petitioner for the enquiry to be conducted on 04.12.2018. However, the said representation is pending before the District Revenue Officer, Tiruvallur District, without passing any order.

2. Considering the above, the District Revenue Officer, Tiruvallur District, is directed to complete the enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2018, after issuance of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
