O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for speedy disposal of the case pending before the Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi in C.C.No.15 of 2015.

2.It is seen from records that a report was called for from the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi, Vellore District and the same was received by the Registry on 21.06.2016. On perusal of the report, it is seen that the entire bundle was lying with the Registrar(Vigilance), High Court, Madras and the learned Magistrate has also ensured for speedy disposal of the case.

3. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case, the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi, is directed to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.15 of 2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
