ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a mandamus, directing the respondents to open the financial bid submitted by the petitioner in relation to the Tender vide SA/C79/Catg/GMU/Tender dated 02.02.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent and consider awarding the tender to the petitioner. 2.Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, tender itself was cancelled by the authority concerned and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
