Respondents Prayer: This Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of order passed by this Court on 26.06.2018 in W.P.No.10845 of 2013.

It is represented by the Additional Advocate General that an appeal has been preferred before the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1435 of 2019 against the order of this Court in W.P.No.10845 of 2013 dated 26.06.2018. It is further submitted that in the aforesaid appeal, an order of interim stay also granted.

2. In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
