The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 4th Respondent to consider and pass orders on the representations dated 30.06.2022 and 10.01.2023.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that one Arul Sulvam, Inspector of Police, Ulundurpet Police Station has personal animosity against the petitioner. He used to get false complaints from the petitioner's enemies and register cases against him and had also include his name in the History Sheet register. Therefore, petitioner gave a representation dated 30.06.2022 and 10.01.2023 for taking proper action on his representations. However, so far, no action was taken against the Arul Selvam. Therefore, present petition is filed.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that petitioner's name has been removed from the History Sheet register on 04.01.2023.

Considered the rival submissions and perused the records and it is seen from the representations of the petitioner dated 30.06.2022 and 10.01.2023 and the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is seen that, false cases are registered against the petitioner and his name was included in the History Sheeter list. Even after, his name was removed from the History Sheeters List, it is claimed that Arul Selvam/4th respondent continues to give harassment to the petitioner.
4. In the light of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to conduct proper enquiry on the representations given by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in the manner known to law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
