(through video conference) The Writ Petition has been filed a direction to the Respondents to forbear from initiating further proceedings pursuant to the notification in G.O. Ms. No. 237, Labour and Employment (K1) dated 26.11.2010.

In view of the decision of the Full Bench of this Court in All India Private Educational Institutions Association -vsState of Tamil Nadu (Order dated 29.07.2020 in W.P. No. 34236 of 2019 etc., batch), the aforesaid relief sought by the Petitioner cannot be granted.
