(Delivered by DR.VINEET KOTHARI, J) Since the learned Single Judge dismissed the Writ Petition being rendered as infructuous in view of the fact that the cut off date for NEET admissions for the year 2018-2019 ended on 30.08.2018 itself, we do not find any good reason to continue the present Writ Appeal and hence, the present Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
