For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Miscellaneous Petition and there being no objection to the impleadment of proposed R9 and R10, in fact, all parties ad idem on the position that R9, being the newly elected member of the Board, is a proper and necessary party to the application, CMP No.2544 of 2025 is ordered and the proposed parties are impleaded as respondent Nos.9 and 10 in OSA.No.116 of 2024.

2. Mr.Adith Narayan Vijayaraghavan, learned counsel accepts notice for the newly impleaded R9 and Mr.M.S.Krishnan, learned Senior Counsel appears for R9.

3. Notice through Court as well as privately to the newly impleaded R10, returnable 25.04.2025. Proof of service be placed on file.

4. Final opportunity is granted for completion of pleadings in all other applications prior to the next date of hearing.
