O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.31438 of 2018, dated 28.11.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Housing Board reports that on 01.07.2019, the Executive Engineer cum Administrative Officer has passed order refixing the compensation to the petitioner and directed the Revenue Divisional Officer, Erode, to disburse the money to the petitioner after obtaining necessary documents from the petitioner and deducting TDS.

2. In the light of the above fact and recording the compliance, this contempt petition is disposed of.
