ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed for the non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 04.01.2012 in W.P.No.22884 of 2010. 1/3
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court has been duly complied with on 14.11.2013 itself. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings in D2/23182/2013 dated 14.11.2013 before this Court.
3. When the matter came up on last occasion, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought time to get instructions and verification. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel would submit that the petitioner is no more and the order of this Court dated 04.01.2012 was being effected on 14.11.2013 itself. Therefore, the contempt petition shall be closed. He would further state that still the respondent has to pay some amount.
4. In view of the above submissions made by both the counsel that the order of this Court has been complied with on 14.11.2013 and the respondent is still left to pay certain amount to the petitioner and since the petitioner is no more, the legal representatives of the petitioner are at liberty to make a fresh representation to the respondent, for any arrears amount to be paid by the respondent. The respondent is directed to consider the representation of the 2/3
legal heirs, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of three weeks from the date of the representation of the legal heirs of the contempt petitioner.
