Heard Mr.S.Ilamvaludhi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Iyyapparaj, Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that a final report has been filed in C.C.No.509 of 2019.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a final report has been filed, this Court is of the view that the disobedience could not be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
