The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an offence under Sections 294(b), 147,148, 448, 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.389 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. It is the case of the prosecution that there was a civil dispute pending between the parties. It is alleged that A2 and the wife of A1 consented to purchase a property belonging to the sister-in-law of the defacto complainant and thereby entered into a memo of understanding and the balance amount to be settled by the accused is Rs.2,11,00,000/-. While so, the petitioners along with other accused attacked and abused the father of the defacto complainant and caused serious injuries to him. Hence the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioners.
3. It is seen from records that this is the second bail petition filed by the petitioner. The previous order, dismissing the Criminal Original petitions in Crl.O.P.No.20026 of 2021 was passed by this Court on 27.10.2021.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.
