This Court by its earlier order dated 29.01.2020 recorded the submissions made by the learned counsel on record for the petitioner that he has given change of vakalth and in the same order itself directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner on the next hearing date. Accordingly, the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal", today. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner, today. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
