The above Civil Revision Petition is filed for an early disposal of the suit O.S.No.107 of 2016 pending on the file of the District Munsif, Sangarapuram. From the 'A' Diary Extract, which has today been filed before this Court, it is seen that the matter has been pending for issues since 04.07.2016. The learned Judge is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Considering the fact that the suit has been pending since the year 2016, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed on the above lines.
