O R D E R

It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that the first respondent is dead. The second respondent is the son of the first respondent and shares of the first respondent devolves upon the second respondent. 2.

Taking note of the above facts, as the second respondent failed to furnish the security despite the order of this Court, there shall be an attachment in respect of the second respondent's share alone. The registry is directed to intimate the Order of attachment to the concerned Registrar.
