O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a criminal case on the complaint dated 22.9.2015 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondy) for the respondent.

3. On a complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 22.09.2015, it is seen that this petitioner has paid money to one Nandhini (alias) Nalini for the purchase of property and that the said Nandhini has not executed the sale deed. On a reading of the complaint, it appears to be a civil dispute and hence police cannot register an FIR., However, the police have conducted enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and closed the same on 29.09.2015.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the said Nandhini has forged certain documents and that she is not the owner of the property.

5. In the complaint given by the petitioner, there is no specific allegations about all this.
