ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] Petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue herein, viz., Poornima, aged 26 years, has filed this petition seeking production of her daughter.

2. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. The detenue viz., Poornima has been produced by the respondent police. Though the detenue, in the last hearing, informed that she married one Vikraman, today, during interaction with us she expressed her intention to go with her mother. Since the detenue is a major, she is at liberty to accompany her mother.

4. In the circumstance, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
