This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file Final Report in Crime No.52 of 2013.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate submitted that final report in this case has been filed before the learned 18th Metropolitan Magistrate Saidapet yesterday ( 11.02.2023). Hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
