2.It is seen from the records that O.S.No.252 of 2018, filed by the petitioner and the same is now pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Udumalaipet. Therefore, the petitioner has to necessarily seek the remedy only in the pending suit. An independent application seeking for police protection is not maintainable.
