This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 15.07.2011 in E.P.No.162 of 2008 in O.S.No.429 of 2000 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Vriddhachalam. 1/4

Today, when the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners is present and made a submission that, the Execution Petition in E.P.No.162 of 2008 in O.S.No.429 of 2000 in respect to this Petition has already been closed by the trial Court and hence, the prayer sought for in this Petition becomes infructuous. The said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners is recorded.
3. In view of the above said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
