PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent by proceedings No.080992/Appointment/3/2003 dated 03.02.2004 and quash the same and for a consequential order directing the 2nd and 3rd Respondents to select the petitioner for the post of 2nd grade constable in the Tamilnadu Police service.
