2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent TANGEDCO and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has raised many averments in the writ petition. Without adverting to the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 18.09.2020 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law and the same shall be intimated to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
