CRL.MP.NO.2803 OF 2023 IN CRL.RC.NO.1522 OF 2022 V.SIVAGNANAM. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.RC.No.1522 of 2022 dated 02.12.2022.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submits the petitioner has complied with the condition by reporting before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am and 05.00 pm from 21.12.2022 to 09.02.2023 and thereafter, for 15 days, he has not complied with the conditions.
Further, from 28.02.2023 to till date, he is complying with the condition by reporting before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am and 05.00 pm.
3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.1522 of 2022 dated 02.12.2022 is modified that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
