O R D E R

This petition has been filed as against the order of dismissal petition filed under Section 70(2) of Cr.P.C., to re-call Non-Bailable-Warrant issued as against the petitioners.

2.It is also seen that the petitioners never appeared before the trial Court, as such the trial Court rightly dismissed the petition.

3.Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the Court below. 4.Accordingly, the petition is devoid of merits and stands dismissed.
