ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent, Inspector of Police, Nandambakkam Police Station to register a case based on her complaint dated 17.05.2016 and to proceed further in accordance with law. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, who would submit that the complaint dated 17.05.2016 has been sent by post to the respondents and there is no proof that police have received the same.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the second respondent along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 17.05.2016, along with doctor certificate. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
