ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 28.03.2017 in e/f.vz; 214/2015-16/t.m-1. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect in the memorandum of grounds in the writ petition.

2. In view of the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn and it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 28.03.2017, in accordance with law. No costs.
