ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the election conducted to Manamadurai Village Kanmai Farmers Irrigation Society in the year 2004.

2. Today, when the above Writ Petition came up for hearing, Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the period of elected board for the above said society was already over. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous, and this Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
