Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant Selection/Special Grade Scale of pay as per G.O.Ms.No.69, Education dated 18.04.2013 found in Serial No.998 of the enclosure for the post of Elementary School Headmaster with effect from 01.06.1988 as claimed by the petitioner in his representation dated 08.12.2017 followed by reminder dated 30.01.2018.

The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the benefit of Selection/Special Grade Scale of pay as per G.O.Ms.No.69, Education dated 18.04.2013 has not been extended to the writ petitioner. Though the name of the writ petitioner is found in above Government order, the benefits have not extended to the writ petitioner without any valid reason. In this regard, the writ petitioner submitted his representation on 08.12.2017 and the said representation is yet to be considered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 08.12.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copies of all the representations and the Government orders, if any, along with the order passed in the present writ petition.

3. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
