CMP No.3321 and 3308 of 2024 in CRP SR No.3974 of 2024 V.SIVAGNANAM , J.

CMP No.3321 of 2024 has been filed to accept the cause title, showing the legal heirs of the deceased sole plaintiff, namely, S.Komarasamy Gounder, as respondents 1 to 4 in the civil revision petition.

CMP No.3308 of 2024 has been filed to accept the cause title, showing the legal heirs of the deceased sole defendant, namely Mdha Kuravan, as petitioners and respondents 5 to 24.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this court is inclined to allow the petitions.

3. Accordingly, both the petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the civil revision petition, if it is otherwise in order.
