O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police, in particular, the 3rd respondent, The Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Kanchipuram, Kanchipuram District to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner on 12.2.2015 in file No.K2/294/7811/2015 and to file a final report.

2. Heard Mr.G.M.Sankar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint dated 12.02.2015 given by the petitioner was enquired into and the same has been closed on 18.04.2015. A copy of the closure report has been submitted.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.

5. The respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner.

6.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
