ORDER

By order dated 21.02.2019, this Court had appointed one Mr.C.Vidhusan, learned Advocate as Advocate Commissioner to seize and possess the vehicle, which is morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the Advocate Commissioner's report has been filed in SR No. 18360 of 2019 and also the vehicle has been seized and handed over to the applicant company.

3. The above submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is hereby recorded and the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- as an additional remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner.
