The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to the 2nd respondent to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruvallur in CMP. No.2642 of 2024 dated 14.02.2025 in the petition filed under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. to register the first information report on the basis of the complaint dated 17.06.2022 given by the petitioner/complainant.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submit that First Information Report has been registered in F.I.R. No.118 of 2026 on the file of the Sevvapet Police Station, Avadi/2nd respondent on 10.04.2026.
