COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the first respondent has initiated proceedings under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. in Crime No.134 of 2020. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner has been called for the enquiry and the respondent Police is not harassing the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner shall be issued summons to enable him to attend the proceedings initiated by the first respondent under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. and the enquiry shall be conducted only after issuing summons to the petitioner.
