The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.216 of 2023 from the file of the third respondent police to a competent investigation agency.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has also been filed through e-filing in LTN20230000477C202500941, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Omalur, Salem District, on 10.02.2026. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
