Mr.N.Jothi, learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.S.Vinod, counsel on record for WMP petitioner, Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.A.E.Ravichandran, counsel on record for R1, Mr.M.Suresh Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.D.B.R.Prabu, learned Standing counsel for R2, R6, R7 and R8, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for R3, R4 and R5 and Mr.A.Gokula Krishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for R9 are before us.
