Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to grant patta to the petitioner in respect of land in S.No.466/2 an extent of 1 Acre 25 Cents at Kanavaiputhur Village, Kadayampatti Taluk by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2020. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus,to direct the third respondent to grant patta to the petitioner in respect of land in S.No.466/2 an extent of 1 Acre 25 Cents at Kanavaiputhur Village, Kadayampatti Taluk by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2020. 2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader entered appearance for Respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 12.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the third respondent. 3.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the third respondent is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 12.05.2021.

5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
