The petitioner has filed this petition seeking police protection to him and his family members, on the basis of his complaint dated 07.04.2016.

2.It is seen that the complaint was made in the 2016. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.
