This miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to modify the order dated 04.02.2022 passed in W.P.No.1952 of 2022.

2. While disposing of the main writ petition, a direction was issued to the second respondent to pass orders on the application and the representation of the petitioner within a period of six months, after affording opportunities to the parties. Now, the present petition is filed only to reduce the period from six months to three months stating some urgency.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that they have no serious objection for reducing the period from six months to three months.

5. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this petition is ordered. The second respondent shall pass orders on the representations of the petitioner within a period of three months. In all other aspects, the order passed in the Writ Petition remains unaltered.
