ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent police to investigate the complaint made by the petitioner dated 19.03.2015 and register the case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the respondent police conducted enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and the same was closed as mistake of fact as the transaction appears to be civil in nature. A copy of the closure report has been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
