COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioners and to give monetary and retrospective effect to the petitioners from the date of completion of ten years of service.

2.Since the issue involved in all these writ petitions are one and the same they are heard together and disposed of by way of a common order.

3.The case of the petitioners is that they were initially appointed as Non-Muster Roll Workers and have rendered more than ten years of service in the respondents Department on daily wage basis. Thereafter, vide G.O.334, dated 19.10.2007, their services were regularized, however, their services were regularized from the date of issuance of the Government Order and not from the date of their completion of ten years of service as Non-Muster Rolls. Hence, they made representation dated 04.02.2013 to the respondents seeking regularisation of their services and to grant monetary and retrospective effect from the date of completion of ten years of service and since there was no response, have filed these writ petitions. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that this Court may issue direction to the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners and to grant monetary and retrospective effect from the date of completion of ten years of service by considering their representation dated 04.02.2013.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 04.02.2013, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The writ petitions are accordingly disposed of.
