ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition to direct the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate to comply with the earlier orders passed in Criminal Original Petition No.6863/2007 and in Criminal Original Petition No.26785/2012.

2. Heard the petitioner-party in person and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State

3. When the petition came up for hearing on 21.4.2015, this Court has already disposed of the matter in the following lines: "When the petition was filed, a case in C.C.No.1127 of 2006 was pending on the file of VIII Metropolitan https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate Court, Chennai and it is represented that the same has been transferred to the file of Fast Track Court No.IV, George Town, Chennai.

2. This case is of the year 2006. It is also seen that the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai, is conducting the trial on day-to-day basis as directed by this Court by an earlier order. The petitioner /party in person is present and submitted that the case is posted to 22.04.2015 for arguments of both sides.

3. In view of the above, the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the C.C.No.11127 of 2006 by taking it on day-to-day basis."

4. This matter is wrongly posted today.

5. However, the Registry is directed to communicate the order copy dated 21.4.2015 to the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai.
